What is your MOQ for heated blankets?
Typical starting MOQ is around 500–1,000 units per SKU for standard products, which lets new brands run a trial batch. Custom designs and packaging may adjust the MOQ — confirm with our sales team for your specific product.
How long does sampling take?
Working samples are typically ready within 10–15 days for standard products. Custom development may take longer depending on complexity.
What is the production lead time?
Bulk production usually takes 20–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order size and product type. We provide a written schedule before you commit.
Can you support certifications like CE, UL or FCC?
We provide certification planning and documentation support for CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and destination-specific requirements such as UL/ETL or GS. Certification scope, cost and timeline depend on your product and target market — confirm with our sales team before ordering.
Which voltages and plugs do you support?
We support 100–120 V and 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz, with the plug type and language adapted to your destination market.
Can you put my brand on the products?
Yes — OEM/ODM and private label are our core business. We produce your logo labels, hang tags, retail packaging and instruction manuals to your design.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are typically a 30% deposit with the balance before shipment, via T/T. Other arrangements can be discussed for ongoing programs.
How is quality controlled during production?
Every batch goes through incoming material inspection, in-line electrical safety tests, aging tests, function tests on every controller and final inspection before packing. Test records are shared per batch.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
We work on EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP depending on your preference, with export documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading) prepared for each shipment.
