Quality & Safety

Heating products carry electrical and fire-safety risk — quality control is not optional. Here is how we build safety into every batch.

QC System

Batch-Level Quality Control

  • Incoming material inspection — fabric, heating wire, controllers and accessories checked against spec before production
  • In-line electrical safety tests — insulation, grounding and heating-element continuity checks during production
  • Aging / endurance test — random units run continuously to verify heat stability and temperature protection
  • Function test — every controller tested for heat levels, timer and auto shut-off before packing
  • Final inspection — sewing quality, labeling, packaging and carton condition checked before shipment
  • Test reports — inspection records and test documentation shared with you per batch

Certification Support

Requirements Vary by Market — We Plan for Yours

Before production we confirm which standards apply to your product and destination, then align design, components and documentation accordingly.

MarketCommon RequirementsNotes
European UnionCE (LVD + EMC), RoHS, REACH; GS for Germany (optional)Low Voltage Directive & EMC directive apply to heating products
North America (US/Canada)UL / ETL listing, FCC Part 15 (EMC)Nationally recognized testing lab (NRTL) listing is standard for retail
Middle East / GCCG-Mark (GSO), local voltage/plug variants (220–240 V)Plug type and label language differ by country
Global / multi-marketRoHS / REACH substance compliance as baselineWe help you prioritize requirements by launch market

Actual certification scope, cost and timeline depend on product type, model and destination — confirm with our sales team before ordering. Certification status of your specific products should be verified with the issuing body.

Electrical Safety

Overheat protection, temperature fuses and auto shut-off are built into the design, not added as an afterthought.

Component Traceability

Controllers, heating wires and adapters are sourced with material declarations so substance compliance can be traced.

Documentation

Test reports, declarations and commercial documents prepared to support your import and retail requirements.
