Washable Carbon-Fiber Heated Vest

Washable carbon-fiber heated vest with a quilted shell and full-length front zip

Washability is the requirement that decides which retail channels heated apparel can enter, and it is where current buyer searches are concentrated. This build laminates a flat carbon-fibre panel between the quilted shell and the mesh lining, then puts the battery and controller behind a sealed connector so the garment can be washed the way a normal vest is washed.

  • Flat carbon-fibre heating panel — distributed heat, no coil to migrate or kink
  • Configurable chest and back heat-zone layouts
  • Sealed detachable connector; electrical parts removed before washing
  • Quilted technical shell, with recycled-fibre fabric options on request
  • Care label and instruction leaflet prepared in the destination market's language

Heated Base Layer Shirt with Low-Profile Battery Pocket

Charcoal heated base layer shirt with a low-profile battery pocket at the lower back

A base layer is judged by what it does to the layers above it. This build puts a flat pouch at the lumbar area, dimensioned around the pack the buyer nominates, keeps the zones on the back and core, and routes the cable along a seam so it does not read through a shirt.

  • Flat lumbar pouch dimensioned around the pack you nominate
  • Two or three concealed zones across the upper back and chest
  • Bonding method and knit recovery target fixed before sampling
  • Cable routed along the side seam, with a moulded boot at the connector
  • Pack removed and pouch zip closed before washing
